Croydon will again be the venue for the Festival of Walking on September 12 and 13.
Organisers are hoping for a repeat of the success of last year's event which attracted more than 500 people. Festival director Malcom Saunders said: "We still have along way to go to catch up with the festival in Nijmegen, Holland which attracts 30,000 walkers annually, but last year was a good start."
