Croydon Schools' U15s and U11s cricketers both booked themselves finals places after victories last week.
The U15s will take on South London Schools in the Hobbs Trophy on July 22 after coming through their semi against North East Surrey. An impressive bowling display meant only one of the North Surrey batsmen reached double figures. North Surrey were restricted to 89 all out and a chanceless opening partnership of 72 easily saw Croydon home.
Meanwhile, the U11s will take on Farnham in the Prosser Hansford Inter-District Final next Tuesday following their triumph over Sutton schools. Croydon reached their winning target with just three balls left.
