Croydon Community Health has won an Investors in People (IIP) Award.
As one of the first NHS Trusts in the country when it was set up in 1991, it was singled out by independent health service auditors as "a very good trust with the potential for excellence".
The trust, which employs 800 people, provides a wide range of health services - from audiology to district nursing.
