Some of the borough's top cricketing talent gathered at the Oval recently to celebrate the county's ground-breaking youth coaching scheme.
Pupils from schools all over Surrey including Riddlesdown High, and Trinity took part in the Nescafé Surrey Youth Scheme, which has unearthed some of England's top talent.
Now in its 18th year, the likes of England captain Alec Stewart and England Test team regulars Graham Thorpe and Mark Butcher have all graduated from the coaching scheme.
