Work has started on the first phase of the restoration of the old sewage sludge drying beds at Beddington Farmlands.
The work at the site off London Road will involve three main elements and an information booklet describing exactly what is happening has also been produced and will soon be distributed.
Site manager Mark Ashby said: "The phased development and operations at a site like Beddington Farmlands are complex, with related activities taking place at the same time.
"We have produced the stage 1 brochure and this will be one of a series of regular information updates."
Copies of the brochure can be obtained by calling 01372 376777.
