Winterbourne Junior Boys School, Thornton Heath, isthe new holders of the Surrey Schools Connellan Trophy, following impressive performances in the final stages of the competition, which took place at The Oval on Saturday.
Eight state primary schools battled it out in 10-over matches in a seven-a-side format.
The Croydon boys were on top form, dismissing Oakfield (Leatherhead) for 22, Park Hill Junior School (Croydon) for 25 and Banstead Junior School for 28 on their way to beating holders Pyrford Primary School (Woking) in the final.
Croydon Schools U11 failed in their bid to retain the Surrey Schools Prosser-Hansford Trophy at St John's School, Leatherhead.
Croydon's useful total of 148-3 was not high enough and Woking won with one over and six wickets to spare.
