Staff at Mondial UK have a smile on their face. The customer relationship specialist has been voted one of the best companies to work for in the south-east.
The Croydon business was ranked 15th in a survey compiled by business researchers Best Companies.
Best Companies, responsible for compiling the Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to work for list, use a criteria to rank businesses on how they incorporate best working practices with a positive culture and a high level of employee satisfaction.
Mondial, in George Street, Croydon, was the only company in its field to feature in the top 20 and the only company in Croydon to achieve a place on the list.
Managing director Mike Webb said: "We are absolutely delighted to have achieved further recognition as one of the best companies to work for, particularly in the south-east area which has a high volume of competition.
"We work hard to ensure that we provide a fulfilling work environment and encourage all staff to take an interest in the success of the business. It is their commitment that makes the difference."
