It may have rained but that didn't stop car enthusiasts turning out to see a collection of vehicles from the past century on Sunday.
Wearing waterproofs and standing underneath umbrellas, they admired the cars on display at the show organised by members of Purley Sports Club to celebrate its centenary year and raise funds for the Home Farm Trust, which supports people with learning difficulties.
Among the cars on display at the club in The Ridge, Purley, was a yellow three-wheeled Robin Reliant, made famous by Del Boy in the comedy Only Fools and Horses, as well as Minis, E-type Jaguars and a Ferrari F430.
The oldest car was a 1905 Yale which stood next to the newest, the 2005 Bentley Continental GT.
