Attilio's back
A rejuvenated Villa side provide the second of two tough away games in four days for Palace on Saturday.
Tonight (Wednesday) Palace take on Chelsea in the rearranged Valentine's Day fixture. The Blues have not won in the league since Gianluca Vialli took over as boss and Palace hope the reappearance of Attilio Lombardo and possibly Neil Shipperley could help them pull off a major upset.
Villa on the other hand have beaten Liverpool and Chelsea since John Gregory was installed as boss.
Curcic permit
Palace have failed in their attempts to secure a work permit for Sasa Curcic.
The creative midfielder was being lined up for a £1m move to Selhurst but the department of education and employment refused the application.
Palace go live
Palace Radio is bidding to broadcast live from both the Croydon Carnival and during the Eagles' Intertoto Cup campaign over the summer. Palace's first game in the competition is scheduled for July 18.
It's the latest step for the hugely successful station, which broadcasts every home matchday on 1278AM.
Eagles teaser
Who were Palace's last two captains before Andy Roberts? (not including players just deputising).
Last week's answer was "the team of the 80s".
