Crystal Palace will be looking to put the skids on Chelsea's title run on Saturday and claim their first points at Stamford Bridge in 10 years.

Jose Mourinho's side are now moving in on the Premiership title after recent slips by Manchester United and Arsenal, but they shouldn't underestimate Iain Dowie's men who put up a good fight against the Blues at Selhurst Park in September.

It took goals from Didier Drogba and Tiago to seal the points, but Palace gave Mourinho's men a scare early on and Danny Granville went close to giving his side the lead.

Palace are an improved side since that fixture.

First team regulars Gabor Kiraly, Gonzalo Sorondo, Fitz Hall, Michael Hughes, Tom Soares and Dougie Freedman were all missing from the Palace line-up, so Chelsea should expect a sterner test.

However, Chelsea too have gone up a level and have pulled away in the title race, so Palace will be playing a team on top of their game.

Due to talisman Argen Robben's injury sustained against Blackburn, Joe Cole has had the opportunity to claim a place in the starting line-up which he has done with aplomb.

He's the in-form man in the Chelsea side right now and is finally showing signs of the potential he showed as a youngster at West Ham, with his more professional approach replacing his old showboating days.

But expect Robben to feature in the clash after his return from injury, as no doubt Mourinho will want his main attacking threat back to full fitness ahead of their Champions League quarter-final coming up in a few weeks.
