Being a recent dog owner myself and always picking up if it fouls I'm horrified and disgusted at the state of our pavements.
I walk our dog three times a day with my six-year-old son. He is always treading or just missing piles of the stuff!
My argument is if you have a dog, feed it, walk it and pick up its waste. Is this such a bad thing to request?
