Robbers held a gun to woman's head as they raided a Thornton Heath post office and escaped with hundreds of pounds in coins. The three suspects, all in their late teens wearing dark clothing, burst into the London Road premises, at the junction of Headcorn Road, just after 10.30am last Monday.
After threatening the 45-year-old customer with the shotgun, the trio grabbed sacks of coins and escaped in a red, g-reg saloon car, thought to be either a Montego, Mondeo or a Volvo. Information to DS Bronsdon at the Tower Bridge flying squad on 020 7232 6530.
