Palace boss Iain Dowie expects to make some changes ahead of tonight's (Wednesday's) Carling Cup clash with Charlton, as Palace go in search of their first away win of the season Andy Johnson (ankle), Fitz Hall (Knee) and Michael Hughes (hamstring) are the main injury concerns, but Dowie is adamant he will field a strong side to keep Palace's good run of form going.
Dougie Freedman and Sandor Torghelle will be vying for starting places up front, and Danny Butterfield is also in contention following a hamstring injury.
Nicola Ventola is still recovering from a knee injury and Darren Powell is not yet ready for a first team return after recovering from a fractured cheekbone.
