NHS moderniser Virginia Beardshaw visited Croydon's Walk-in Centre last week as part of a London-wide tour delivering updates on the modernisation process.
Ms Beardshaw, director of modernisation on the London Modernisation Board, lead the tour on Tuesday, February 12, which met up with front-line staff and patients all over the borough.
This included people from the Tamworth Road Resource Centre, NHS Direct, Mayday Hospital and Parchmore Medical Centre.
The board plays a key role in advising, overseeing and enabling the implementation of the NHS Plan as well as spreading good practice across London.
