Passed away peacefully on Tuesday 26th January 2010 aged 56, following a short illness.
He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Funeral Service to be held at North East Surrey Crematorium, Lower Morden Road, Morden, on Thursday 18th February 2010 at 4.00pm.
