Palace fans made a striking show of solidarity with their beleagured club on Saturday, releasing thousands of red and blue balloons ahead of their match against Peterborough at Selhurst Park.
Despite recording a morale-boosting 2-0 win against their fellow Championship side, the team’s fans have been left with little to cheer about after the club were forced into administration by creditors Agilo last week.
The side has been hit with a devastating 10-point deduction, and now sits just four points clear of the relegation zone despite Saturday’s win.
