Johnny Ertl could return to the Crystal Palace side for tonight's FA Cup fourth round replay at Wolves.
The Austrian defender limped out of the match with Newcastle United six days ago after just two minutes when he appeared to pull his hamstring.
He has made a quick recovery though and could replace the cup-tied Lee Hills, with Clint Hill reverting to left back.
If he doesn't make it then Danny Butterfield could go back into defence having started the last two games on the right wing.
Kieran Djilali is also pushing for a start having impressed as a substitute in the last two matches, while Calvin Andrew could replace Alan Lee in attack.
