Neil Danns scored twice as Crystal Palace eased any relegation fears with a comfortable 2-0 win over bottom club Peterborough United at Selhurst Park.

Danns opened the scoring in the first half with an audacious overhead kick and then completed a flowing move in the 65th minute to double Palace's advantage.

The win only moved the Eagles up one place in the table after their 10-point deduction earlier in the week for going administration.
