Two goals inside the first five minutes set Crystal Palace on their way to a comfortable 3-0 victory over Watford at Selhurst Park this afternoon..

Victor Moses, recalled to the starting XI in place of Freddie Sears got the Eagles off to a great start after 90 seconds.

The youngster latched on to Alan Lee's header's header and showed some great close control inside the box to score his first goal since March.

Three minutes later, Danny Butterfield was given far too much time and space to pick out Lee at the back post who climbed above Lee Hodson to score.

Watford were awarded a penalty before the break when Lee tripped Henri Lansbury in the box but Julian Speroni leapt to his left to keep out Danny Graham's spot kick.

Palace were barely troubled after their break and extended their lead when Moses fed Darren Ambrose in the box and he fired home his sixth goal in six games.
