Wimbledon Park, in Southfields, Battersea Park and Clapham Common all featured impressive displays of pyrotechnics.

Up to 50,000 are thought to have flocked to Battersea Park on Saturday night, an event which is widely recognised as one of the biggest and best in London.

This year the event was designed by internationally-renowned Pains Fireworks, which based the display on the theme of “love”, digitally choreographing pyrotechnics to music, sound and light.

The Wandsworth Group of Rotary Clubs were also on hand all night at the event, collecting funds for Help for Heroes.
