Crystal Palace face Newcastle tomorrow having not beaten them at home in the league since 1984, writes Stuart Gardner.
Both sides won their mid-week fixture and have looked impressive in their opening matches, but Newcastle have struggled in the capital in recent years and have not won away since February.
Palace manager Neil Warnock is expected to name an unchanged side which means Victor Moses, Nathanial Clyne and Nick Carle will again miss out.
Stern John (elbow) and Calvin Andrew (knee) remain unavailable with long term injuries.
Darren Ambrose will face his former club in good form having bagged four goals already this term.
For Newcastle, Joey Barton is struggling with a foot injury and will be left out, however Nicky Butt and Danny Guthrie are expected to return to Magpie's midfield.
Imposing striker Andy Carroll will face a fitness test before the match.
Palace will have to keep a close eye on Shola Ameobi, who has already equalled his total goal tally of four from the whole last season.
