The Fulham foreshore will see two flash mob events this week in a bid to clean up the riverfront.
Lead by Thames21, the waterways charity, environment enthusiasts will gather on two days for the Cleaner Thames Challenge.
Residents are encouraged to bring along their friends, families and colleagues to help clean up the area.
The first event will be held at Bishop’s Park on Thursday, August 20, between 9.15am and 11.45am.
Participants will meet at the east entrance to Fulham Palace Gardens, off Putney Bridge Approach.

The second will take place in Hurlingham Park on Friday, August 21, between 9.45am and 12.15pm.
The group will meet at the end of Broomhouse Lane, at the south east corner of Hurlingham Park.

All equipment, including wellies and gloves, will be provided to volunteers.
Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult and participants are asked not to bring dogs.
