Concern is growing for the welfare of a 65-year-old woman from Putney who has been missing since August 3.

Patricia Frewer, who suffers with mental health problems, was last seen by her niece at her home in Stockhurst Close between 2pm 4pm on Sunday August 2.

At 9am the next day, the niece went to pick up Mrs Frewer for a hospital appointment but she was not at home.

Family members searched the area and waited at the flat but she did not return.

She has not contacted anyone since and her family say it is very out of character for her not to be in contact for this amount of time.

Mrs Frewer is described fairly frail white woman with grey/white coloured hair, approximately 5ft 1in tall and with medium build.

She was last seen wearing dark coloured trousers and a brown coloured knee length cotton mac, she was carrying a leopard skin patterned handbag.

Anyone who thinks they may have seen Ms Frewer or has any information concerning her should Wandsworth police on 0300 123 1212 or contact Missing Persons on 0500 700 700.
