ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984, SECTION 14 AS AMENDED,< THE ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 AND ALL OTHER ENABLING POWERS
FOOTPATH NO.094, COULSDON
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIAN TRAFFIC
1. Croydon Council HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that as a result of the removal of the footbridge comprised in Footpath No.094 due to irreparable damage they have made an Order the effect of which will be to temporarily close the Footpath until a new footbridge can be constructed and installed at this location.
2. Whilst the said works are taking place no person shall proceed along Public Footpath No.094 which lies between Woodman Road and Woodmansterne Road.
3. Whilst the Order remains in force the alternative route for pedestrians will be via Woodcote Grove Road and Woodmansterne Road.
4. The Order will come into operation on 22 July 2009 and will remain in force for 6 months.
