These two pop gurus from Putney are setting up a music group for budding songsters this summer.
Voice coach Alexis Constantinou, 37 and his producer friend Svein Edvardsen, 42, will hold open mic nights for the community at the Half Moon Pub in Lower Richmond Road from September.
The duo, who play in their own band, Powerlight, set up the Powerlight Putney Music Platform in response to the lack of opportunities for new artists in the borough.
There will also be monthly networking meetings in the autumn at Sally's Cafe at St Mary's Church on Putney Bridge.
Mr Constantinou said: “We want to provide an opportunity for local artists, singers, songwriters and musicians to showcase their talent.”
