THE CROYDON (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO.8) TRAFFIC ORDER 2009.
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Croydon Council on 6 July 2009 made the above-mentioned Traffic Order under the relevant Sections of the Road Traffic Act 1984, as amended by the Traffic Management Act 2004 and all other enabling powers.
2. The general effect of the Order would be introduce waiting restrictions which would operate between 1pm and 2pm, Monday to Friday inclusive in Church Road, Kenley as specified in the Schedule to this Notice.
3. A copy of the Order, which will come into operation on 13 July 2009 (and of any Orders which have previously amended that Order) can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, until the end of six weeks from the date on which the Order was made at the "Access Croydon" Facility, Taberner House, Park Lane, Croydon, Surrey.
4. Copies of the Order may be obtained from Parking Services, Community Services Department, 9th Floor, Taberner House, Park Lane, Croydon, CR9 1EN.
5. Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
