Play rangers in Long Ditton have introduced passport style forms to help children stay safe when they take part in play sessions.
The community play rangers introduced the idea to ensure children were safe on their way to and from sessions, not just when they are under their care.
Wild at Play Passports so far only apply to sessions in Stokes Fields, Long Ditton, and must be handed in at the beginning for the child to participate.
Medical forms distributed with the passport will also provide rangers with important information on allergies or medical conditions.
The rangers meet every other Thursday at the cemetery car park, Rectory Road, between 3.30pm to 3.45pm and are back at the car park by 5pm.
They are easy to find as they all wear bright yellow jumpers.
