Staines Town have romped to a 3-0 win over Sutton United in the dying stages of their Ryman Premier League play-off semi-final at Wheatsheaf Lane.
Staines finished 15 points clear of Sutton in the regular season and that superiority told as Howard Newton gave them a lead with a well-worked goal midway through the first half.
Leroy Griffiths raced through to chip in their second goal just after half-time to leave Sutton United with a mountain to climb at Wheatsheaf Lane.
Ali Chabaan curled home a third goal five minutes from time to seal Staines' place in the final.
Sutton looked poor and their only real chance came when striker Steve Watts saw a header tipped over.
The one blow for Staines was losing Richard Butler to a foot injury midway through the half, and he faces a race against time to be fit for Saturday's play-off final.
