Detectives are appealing for witnesses to a suspicious fire which broke out in a yard behind the Red Lion pub in Sutton High Street.
A storage building, bordered by an 8ft brick wall, was left seriously damaged by the blaze at 3.30am last Wednesday.
Sutton police have now released CCTV images of a man seen walking in alleyway between the pub and the Asda store at the time.
Detective Constable Adam Bryant believes the individual, who may be unconnected to the offence, has information that could help police enquiries.
