Staines Town returned to form with a 4-1 win over Margate to complete their Ryman Premier League campaign.
Darti Brown scored from the spot after eight minutes and Richard Butler made it two three minutes later from close range.
Butler made it three on the half hour from close range and bundled in his hat-trick goal in the 54th minute after Margate failed to deal with Chris Watters' corner.
Although Kenny Pratt pulled one back, it counted for little and second-placed Staines go into Tuesday's play-off semi-final against Sutton United at Wheatsheaf Lane in high spirits.
