Passed away on 14th January 2009 in Kingston Hospital.
A kind and loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.
The funeral will take place at Mortlake Crematorium at 12.30pm on 30th January, followed by a celebration of his life at North Sheen Bowling Club.
