An Irish property tycoon who owns the Reed Business Information headquarters in Sutton has been found dead in a suspected suicide.
Patrick Rocca, 41, was discovered on Tuesday morning with a single gunshot wound to the head at his home in an exclusive Dublin suburb.
The father-of-three had a fortune estimated at £462m and is believed to have completed 20 property deals in the UK during recent years.
In 2007 Mr Rocca bought Quadrant House, next to Sutton station, for £65m from the Tchenguiz brothers.
There has been speculation that Mr Rocca invested vast sums in Anglo-Irish Bank, which was nationalised by the Irish Government on Friday.
Forensic science investigators seized a firearm from the scene for tests and Gardai are investigating the circumstances surrounding his death but foul play is not suspected.
