Paul Ifill could have a future at Crystal Palace beyond the summer after manager Neil Warnock hinted at a new deal for the winger.
The former Sheffield United man’s current contract runs out in the summer but after a year and a half of injury nightmare at Selhurst Park he has enjoyed somewhat of a revival this season, starting 20 games and is the club’s second highest goalscorer.
He was placed on the transfer list in August by Warnock but has since won the Yorkshireman over with a series of good displays.
“Ifill is part of my plans now, he is doing well,” said Warnock.
“I’m very pleased with him at the moment and don’t want to change anything.
“He has never played so well or so many games and he knows that I will keep him on if he keeps it up.”
