Police have released CCTV images of a man wanted in connection with a sexual assault on a student in Kingston.
The 19-year-old woman was attacked at 1.45am on September 23 after getting off a train travelling from Waterloo at Kingston station.
Another passenger, who had initially been walking towards the town centre, changed direction to follow the victim.
He started trying to talk to the woman who made it clear she was not interested in a conversation.
As the pair reached the junction with King's Road the man sexually assaulted her.
Officers from Kingston police’s Sapphire Unit are investigating the assault and are calling on anyone with information about the attack to come forward.
The attacked is described as Asian and possible in his early 20s.
