Aged 62, died peacefully on 12th September 2008 after a long illness bravely borne.
He was the much loved son of Evelyn and the late Ernest Parker and brother of Barbara, Pat, Peter, Andrew, Marianne and Brian.
The Service will be held at North East Surrey Crematorium at 12.30pm on Thursday 25th September.
Family flowers only, donations if desired to Sutton Carers Centre c/o Alfred Smith, Funeral Director 304 Wrythe Lane, Carshalton.
