See Doctor Kev first thing and fill him on training to date. He seriously recommends I switch to 8.2 miles for Breakfast Run and start building up for main target which is the marathon. So to further build on the running from the Center Parcs weekend I get home from work and go straight out for a 3.5 mile run. Although it’s nicer having the light evenings it means on the local run I discover a new hazard. Being more visible, I bump into people I know locally and though it’s very nice to see folks you haven’t seen whilst we all hibernate during the dark nights, it interrupts the nice steady rhythms you get into when running. Complete the 3.5miles, achillies sore but not too bad.
