See Kev this morning and he suggests further ways to strengthen my tendon to get it ready for the big day. He’s happy for me to start building up the distances again. I’m still in for a 16 mile run at the Kingston Breakfast Run but he suggests I think of switching to 8.2 miles. Trouble is, if I can’t do 16 miles on the 1st of April what chance do I stand of doing 26 on the 22nd? We have a family trip planned at the weekend to Center Parcs. Lots of cycling and running ahead.
