Lever House, 3 St James Road, Kingston Upon Thames KT1 2BA. Application for a Non-Material Amendment to alter the trigger point for the Design Code submission under Condition 3 of the outline planning approval for a residential building not exceeding 16 storeys. Ref. No: 26/01718/NMA
