Drivers across Sutton have been hit with higher parking costs after new tariffs came into effect at council-run car parks.
The fees, set out by the borough council, took permanent effect on June, 1 2026.
Under the new plan, charges at various locations have now increased.
Rates at several surface car parks, such as Cheam Library, Kingsway Road, High Street Carshalton and The Square, have been plunged under the proposals.
Melbourne Road Wallington, Wallington Library, Shotfield Wallington, and the Public Hall in Wallington are also among the car parks affected.

The fees are being altered whether the time is either paid through a mobile phone payment system, or at a ticket dispensing machine.
The price for parking for up to 30 minutes has increased from £1.50 to £1.60.
For an hour of parking, the cost has changed from £3.00 to £3.10, while the two-hour fee has changed from £4.00 to £4.10.
Those wishing to park for three hours in any of these car parks will now be charged £5.20 up from the previous £5.00.
All-day parking will now be £7.20, compared to the previous £7.00, while evening parking, purchased after 6.30pm, has increased from £1.50 to £1.60.
Sunday all-day charges have move from £2.00 to £2.10.
The multi-storey car parks have also see a change in pricing, with the Gibson Road and Times Square multi-storey car parks seeing a marked change for those using the facilities for a shorter period.
Both of these multi-storey car parks will now charge £3.10 for up to 30 minutes, up from the previous charge of £1.50.
For up to 60 minutes of parking, the fee has gone up to £3.10 from £3.00.
Charges for two hours and three hours will now cost £4.10 and £5.20 respectively, compared to the previous £4 and £5 charges.
All-day parking at both the Gibson Road and Times Square multi-stories is now priced at £9, a sharp increase from the former charge of £7.
Parking after 6.30pm in the Gibson Road Multi-Storey costs £2.10, and parking on Sundays and bank holidays will cost the same.
Overnight parking by leaving a vehicle outside of operational hours will cost motorists £15.50, compared to the previous £15 fee.
The same is in place at the Times Square Multi-Storey.
Season ticket rates at both of these car parks have also increased, with monthly tickets rising by £2.00 to £90.00, and quarterly tickets increasing by £6.00 to £270.00.
St Nicholas Centre Multi-Storey Car Park has also seen some changes.
Parking for 60 minutes now costs £3.10, up from the previous charge of £3.00.
The price for parking for two hours will now be £4.10, up from £4.00, and three hours will cost £5.20, a rise from £5.00.
All-day parking is now £9, up from previously being £7.
Parking on Sunday and Bank Holidays is now £2.10, up from £2.00.
There are proposed changes to season ticket charges across the board.
For surface car parks, a quarterly ticket has now jumped from £150 to £156, while an annual ticket is now £624, up from £600.
For multi-storey car parks, a monthly season ticket has been increased to £90, up from £88, and a quarterly ticket is now £270 from the previous £264.
For Stone Place Car Park in Worcester Park, pricing remains largely the same.
Free parking for up to two hours stays, while the price for three hours parking nudges up from £5.00 to £5.20.
Parking on a Sundays will also remain free.
A council notice stated: "The Council of the London Borough of Sutton hereby gives Notice that it is varying its parking charges in exercise of its powers under Section 35C of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Regulation 25 of the Local Authorities Traffic Order Procedure (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 and all other enabling powers.
"The general effect of this Notice is to vary the charges in the relevant Traffic Order so that the charges specified therein and which apply to the parking places off street designated by that Order, are now revised and superseded by the following new tariffs specified in the Schedule 1 and 2 to this Notice."
