Motspur Park Gas Holders KT3 6NG. Prior notification given for the demolition of three existing gasholders and associated buildings in accordance with permitted development regulations. Ref. No: 26/01422/PAD

4 Avenue Road New Malden KT3 3QF. Plan for a single storey rear extension measuring 4 metres in depth, with a maximum height of 3.79 metres and eaves at 2.95 metres. Ref. No: 26/01396/PAEXT
