Four employees have admitted stealing almost £80,000 worth of fish from a supplier in Croydon.
Michael Jackow, William Heather, Marek Ledochowski and Cliff Reeve all pleaded guilty to theft by employee.
Between September 16 and September 30 last year, they stole £79,225 of fresh and frozen stock from Upstream Foods based in Horatius Way, according to court documents.
Guilty pleas were entered at Croydon Magistrates' Court on Monday (June 22).
The defendants were all released on bail with the condition of not entering the premises of the fish supplier.
Jackow, 58, from Croydon, Heather, 58, from Beckton, Ledochowski, 42, from Crawley, and Reeve, 41, from Croydon, will be sentenced at Croydon Crown Court at a later date.
