At the southern end of Sutton High Street, the double-fronted property is now available under a new lease, exclusive of VAT.
According to CAMRA’s listing, the closure appears to have been relatively abrupt, with no detailed public explanation documented.
The pub had been serving customers up until the sudden closure and since then has remained shut, awaiting potential new tenants.
