The venue at 28 Central Parade has applied to stay open until midnight from Sunday to Thursday and until 2am on Fridays and Saturdays.
The application, submitted on March 31, is currently awaiting a decision from Croydon Council, London Now reports, where further details of the proposal can be read.
If approved, the extended hours would amend planning permission from 1995, which currently governs the use of the basement, ground floor, and mezzanine as a restaurant.
The applicant supports the extension, arguing it would bolster the night-time economy in a bustling part of the town centre.
Despite this, the proposal has already faced opposition from residents.

Four objections were lodged during the consultation period.
No letters of support for the proposal have been recorded, as of now.
Central Parade is situated in one of Croydon’s busiest areas, and any decision regarding the restaurant’s opening hours could influence the ongoing debate on balancing economic activity with the quality of life for residents.
The application, reference 26/00964/CONR, is yet to be determined by Croydon Council.
