Pupils at a Purley Oaks school swapped schoolbooks for business plans as they came up with products to solve the world's problems.
Pupils developed business ideas aimed at solving global challenges, including sea vacuum cleaners for plastic pollution and trashbots that identify recyclable waste.
Other ideas included recycled cuddly toys and security devices inspired by Goldilocks and the Three Bears.
Emma Edwards, head of Cumnor House Schools, said: "This project was a fantastic way to help our pupils to develop skills that they will rely on for life, from creativity, problem-solving and innovation, through to teamwork and resilience.

"The project generated a real buzz throughout the school, which culminated in pupils confidently presenting their ideas at an end-of-week showcase."
Ms Edwards said the initiative challenged pupils to think about how they can have a positive impact of their communities.
The day was organised by 8BillionIdeas, an ed-tech provider.
