Two zombie knives and a gun have been found by police near an estate in Stockwell.
The Metropolitan Police has said that officers from the Stockwell west and east safer neighbourhood team found the weapons during a sweep yesterday (March 5).
It has not shared further information on which estate had the knives and gun.
However a picture of the firearm has been shared by the force.
The Met Police said: “We are aware that many people may be worried about knife crime in their local communities.
“We are committed to tackling knife crime wherever we find it, in order to keep you safe.”
It added: “Removing these dangerous weapons is a priority and we encourage anyone to come forward if they have any information about weapons or related activity in your area.”
Anyone with information about weapon activity are asked to call police on 101.
