Fairfield Halls has announced its festive season line-up of shows and events.

The Croydon venue will host several productions including ballet, a Christmas concert, and pantomime performances.

The season starts on November 19 with the Imperial Classical Ballet’s production of The Nutcracker.

This will be followed by Rhythm of the Dance on November 21, a unique Christmas production celebrating over 25 years of performances.

On December 12, more than 100 military musicians will perform a Christmas concert at Fairfield Halls.

The Musicians of The Household Division, direct from Buckingham Palace, will be supported by singer-songwriter Matt Goss and hosted by special guest James Cosmo.

Guests can also enjoy Step Into Christmas on December 15, a festive show of Christmas songs.

Fairfield Halls will also host a pantomime production of Beauty and the Beast from December 12 until January 4.

Ellie Dadd from EastEnders will star in the pantomime, alongside other performers including Jamie Steen, Charlie Guest, Sorelle Marsh, Will Haswell, and Samuel John Taylor.

Steve Turner, director of venues, said: "Festive magic awaits at Fairfield Halls this year.

"With such a diverse calendar of entertainment, from ballet to big bands and pantomime to pop, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

"We can’t wait to celebrate this year’s festive season."

Fairfield Halls will also offer a pre-show dining experience at The Terrace Bistro for those wanting to enjoy a meal before a show.

This will be available to those attending a musical, comedy night or classical performance.

Fairfield Halls is a venue operated by registered charity and social enterprise BH Live, in partnership with Croydon Council.
