A pop-up beach is coming to London as the city meets the shore at The Beach Club @Wandsworth Mills.
The free-to-attend pop-up will transform the former Young’s Stables Courtyard at St George’s Wandsworth Mills development into a tropical oasis from July 31 to August 30.
The event is delivered by Vibration Production, known for notable hospitality events in the UK such as Liverpool One Beach.
There will be bookable morning wellness sessions, family activities during the day, and adult-only beach club evenings complete with DJ sets and cocktails.
Guests will be able to enjoy entertainment, food and drink in a well-planned space expected to provide a short escape near Wandsworth Town station.
The Beach Club’s initial events programme includes a yoga class, a sound bath, a vintage fair with a Helter skelter and kids’ stalls, a craft table, and a DJ.
It kicks off July 31 and runs until August 3.
Summertime bites and woodfired pizzas alongside a host of other exciting offerings await the guests.
Further weekend events through August will also include a Mermaid performance, crazy golf, face painting and more, with guests invited to check the website for a full schedule.

This enriching summer experience is set against the backdrop of the 3.4-acre Wandsworth Mills development, the 375-home project on the site of the old Young’s Brewery, being revamped by St George.
The development also boasts a beautifully restored Grade II-listed stables building, a piece of local history.
Residents will enjoy roof terraces, new walking bridges, sunken gardens, and 210 metres of enhanced riverside frontage, all surrounded by carefully designed open spaces.
