A man has been taken to hospital with facial injuries after a mass brawl broke out in Kingston in the early hours of Sunday morning.

Police and paramedics were called to Wheatfield Way just after 2am on June 22 following reports of a large fight.

When they arrived, they found a 35-year-old man with facial injuries at the scene.

He was taken to hospital and his condition is not yet known.

So far, no one has been arrested and officers are still trying to work out what happened.

Kingston Hall Road is currently shut westbound, and several bus routes are on diversion. That includes the 85, 371, K1 and K4.
