Pub-goers are being invited to put their general knowledge to the test.
The Porter and Sorter in Croydon is taking part in Marston’s nationwide 'Win A Wedge' campaign—a Trivial Pursuit-themed quiz experience running until Saturday, August 3.
Customers who order through the pub’s Order & Pay platform will have the chance to answer six official Trivial Pursuit questions for a shot at instant prizes.
Mags Dixon, commercial marketing director at Marston’s, said: "Trivial Pursuit is one of the nation’s all-time favourite board games and we’re so excited to be teaming up with them this summer.
"Using our market-leading Order & Pay system, guests can not only order food and drink from the comfort of their table but now also access special offers and this exclusive gaming experience to make their visits to our pubs even more rewarding.
"There are some amazing prizes up for grabs and we’re looking forward to seeing our customers enjoying themselves and putting their general knowledge to the test."
Instant prizes include free drinks, food, and cinema tickets.
All participants, regardless of their quiz performance, will be entered into a weekly prize draw for a chance to win £10,000 in cash, a holiday, concert tickets, a TV, or Trivial Pursuit board games.
The prize draws will take place once a week throughout the seven-week campaign.
The Porter and Sorter is one of 66 Marston’s pubs across the South East taking part in the promotion, which is running at more than 1,000 venues nationwide.
Quiz fans can try their luck at any of the 1,162 participating pubs across England and Wales.
Some locations will also host Trivial Pursuit quiz and board game nights for those wanting to brush up on their trivia skills.
The Porter and Sorter, located next to East Croydon station, is a popular spot for commuters and locals alike.
The pub features a spacious interior, large beer garden, and regular events including pub quizzes and live sports screenings.
