Police have launched a manhunt after a man threatened a passenger with a knife at Waddon railway station.
The incident occurred at around 5.45am on August 2 when the victim was on the platform when a man approached him with a knife and made threats.
The victim managed to flee the area unharmed.
Police have now released a CCTV image of a man they believe could provide valuable information to assist their investigation.
They are urging anyone who recognises the man or has any information to contact British Transport Police by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference number 84 of 02/08/24.
Alternatively, information can be provided anonymously by calling Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
